Workplace Investigation Support

Our employment lawyers and workplace investigators are available to assist and provide oversight to your internal counsel and human resources team when they are tasked with conducting internal workplace investigations. This supporting role can include helping your internal investigator to develop an investigation plan, drafting interview questions, assessing evidence, and guiding the report writing process. We are in the background, helping you create a plan of action, answering your questions, and then providing support and oversight to your internal investigator throughout the entire investigation. This service is particularly valuable to internal investigators who may not have experience dealing with complex investigations and to teams of internal investigators who wish to optimize and standardize their practice across their organizations.

We also provide customized training on the investigation process for your internal investigators. In addition to this training, we can review your existing communications and training programs and make recommendations that will support your policies and investigation process.

Contact us to find out more about how we can help support your workplace investigations.
